Jason joined Johns Elliot in 2007. He subsequently completed his traineeship with the firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 2009, and became a partner in the firm on 1st January 2019.
Jason has a broad experience, covering commercial property matters, landlord and tenant issues, securities and company law with additional experience in general contract law. Jason also advises in relation to property related litigation issues, advising on business tenancies legislation and representing clients at the Lands Tribunal.
